Processing time is up to 4 days but is usually processed within 48 hours

Regular shipping is priority USPS with tracking.

Tracking will be updated after processing time with 3-5 day shipping

All orders processed on Holidays and Sunday will not be processed until the next business day. 

Order cut off time each day is 1pm EST.  

Our collection specializes in custom and Pre plucked virgin units. 

Ashe Kolor Kollection takes pride in making sure each unit is perfect. Therefore, due to sanitary concerns,  ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please ensure that you are ordering the correct item before checking out. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within 24 hours. Returns will only be accepted if you receive the wrong items. Items must not be altered and in the same condition as received. Ashe Kolor Kollection is not responsible for any shipping due to returned items.
